We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter who has hands-on experience in both Bench Salesand Recruitment for the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (sourcing to placement)
Work on Bench Sales and market consultants to Tier-1 vendors/clients
Maintain robust relationships with vendors and consultants
Submit profiles to clients and follow up for interview feedback
Negotiate pay rates and close deals successfully

Required Skills:
Experience in both Bench Sales and US IT Recruitment
Robust understanding of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Valuable knowledge of US job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in Night Shifts (US EST/CST/PST time zones)
Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Must be comfortable working in US time zones
