Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance & Accounts professional with prior experience in a IT services company to manage finance and accounting operations for a US-based Healthcare IT business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage General Ledger, AP, AR, invoicing, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Handle US client billing, collections, vendor payments, and account statements.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
Prepare MIS, P&L;, cash-flow, AR/AP aging, and variance reports.
Review project-wise revenue, expenses, billing, and profitability.
Coordinate with US clients, vendors, auditors, and internal teams.
Support US accounting, tax, and compliance activities in coordination with external advisors.
Maintain strong financial controls and accurate accounting records.




Handle international transactions and foreign currency accounting, where applicable.

Requirements
6–8 years of Finance & Accounts experience, preferably in a corporate IT/IT services company.
Solid knowledge of accounting, AP/AR, billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Experience working with US clients or international accounting is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho.
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience Experience in US Healthcare IT, healthcare technology, IT staffing, SaaS, or software services will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
