We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Game Parlour Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our gaming parlour. The role involves assigning game workstations to customers, handling customer queries, ensuring smooth gameplay sessions, and maintaining a fun, protected, and organized gaming workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and explain available games, packages, and rules
Assign game workstations/consoles to customers based on availability
Manage game session timings, queue system, and slot bookings
Monitor gameplay to ensure fair use and adherence to parlour rules
Handle customer payments
Assist customers with basic game setup and troubleshooting
Ensure all gaming equipment is handled properly and report technical issues
Maintain cleanliness and order in the gaming area
Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and efficiently
Support promotions, tournaments, or special gaming events

Skills & Requirements:




Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge or interest in video games (PC, console, mobile gaming)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customers simultaneously
Customer-first attitude with a friendly and professional approach
Basic computer skills
Prior experience in a gaming café, arcade, or customer service role is a plus
