Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with the company’s real estate growth plans.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial modeling for residential and commercial projects.
Conduct detailed project feasibility analysis using ROI, IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analysis.
Structure and secure project financing through banks, NBFCs, and private investors.
Manage and negotiate with financial institutions, lenders, and key stakeholders.
Oversee cash flow planning, working capital management, and fund utilization across projects.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
Identify financial risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.




Present financial reports, investment proposals, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirement: Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial advisory, corporate finance, or real estate finance, with solid expertise in project funding and financial structuring

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
