We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly Customer Support & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day customer interactions and backend operations across our online and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer queries on Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone calls:
Assist customers with product details, sizing, availability, and order status
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions
Process and manage orders
Coordinate dispatch, tracking, and delivery updates
Positive verbal communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
