Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Configure and manage SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
Handle core SAP FI processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Tax.
Manage SAP CO processes including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis.
Ensure seamless integration of FI/CO with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
Provide functional leadership and guide team members on SAP FICO-related activities.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting.




Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for developments.
Manage stakeholders and coordinate with business users, project teams, and vendors.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project standards.

Required Skills
8+ years of robust experience in SAP FICO.
Solid hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Excellent knowledge of FI and CO modules.
Strong experience in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Tax.
Good understanding of FI/CO integration with MM and SD.
Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Solid knowledge of business processes and financial accounting concepts.
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
