Mentor junior counsellors and support counselling quality improvement.
Manage key student relationships and ensure enrolment conversions.
Conduct presentations and counselling workshops for students and parents.
Monitor counselling performance and improve lead conversion rates.
Maintain counselling records and track admission progress.
Support admission teams by managing student enquiries effectively.
Coordinate with academic departments for student onboarding.
Assist students in understanding course curriculum and learning outcomes.




Conduct follow-ups with prospective students to encourage enrolment.
Participate in academic promotion events and seminars.
