About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the interior design development and execution of our luxury residential projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ultra-luxury residential interiors, high-rise real estate developments and premium residential projects ,



with the ability to take projects from design concept through execution while maintaining a high standard of design intent and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the interior design of luxury residential developments, including sample flats, lobbies, entrances, amenities and premium residences .
- Develop design concepts, space planning, mood boards and presentation documents.
- Prepare and review layout plans, working drawings, joinery details, ceiling plans, flooring layouts and interior specifications.
- Select and finalize premium materials, finishes, lighting, furniture and décor in line with project positioning and brand standards.
- Review shop drawings, mock-ups and material samples to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor design implementation and resolve execution-related challenges.
