Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain counselling records and update CRM systems regularly.
Explain program features, advantages, and career prospects to students.
Assist in organizing counselling events and promotional activities.
Build solid relationships with students and parents to improve enrolment rates.
Conduct presentations and counselling workshops for students and parents.
Monitor counselling performance and improve lead conversion rates.
