Job Summary

We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, increase brand visibility, and support student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management
Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads):
Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions:
Monitor daily performance and improve ROI

Social Media Management
Handle Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn:
Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories)
Increase followers, engagement, and reach

Lead Generation
Generate qualified leads for courses and admissions:
Work closely with the counselling team for conversion
Maintain and improve CPL (Cost Per Lead)

Content & Creatives
Coordinate with designers for creatives
Write basic ad copies, captions, and scripts
Suggest trending content ideas

Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using tools (Meta, Google Analytics)
Prepare weekly & monthly reports:
Suggest improvements based on data

Required Skills:




Basic knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads:
Understanding of Social Media Marketing:
Knowledge of Canva / basic design tools:
Valuable communication & content writing skills
Analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills
Prior Experience
Knowledge of SEO & YouTube marketing:
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)

Qualification
Graduate in Marketing / Business / Any Field
Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus
