Deliver training in Tally, basic accounting, and related technical modules.
Conduct student induction sessions at the beginning of each batch.
Follow the prescribed curriculum and complete the syllabus within the training period.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises for students.
Conduct demonstrations and practical sessions to improve student understanding.
Assess students through tests, practicals, and assignments.
Provide feedback and counseling to students to improve their performance and attitude.
Support mobilization activities such as roadshows, outreach programs, and awareness sessions.
Organize field visits, guest lectures, alumni interactions, and volunteering activities.
Assist with placement support by connecting students with industry mentors and employers.
Maintain student records, portfolios,



and training documentation.
Support center events such as inaugurations, parent meetings, and valedictory programs.
Follow organizational policies, maintain qualified conduct, and report to the Center Manager

Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
Certification or solid knowledge of Tally software.
Valuable communication and teaching skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to guide and mentor students.
Willingness to participate in community mobilization activities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
