Job Title: Physical Education (PE) Teacher

Job Summary:
The Physical Education Teacher is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering an appropriate physical education curriculum that promotes students’ physical fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship, and overall well-being. The teacher ensures a secure and inclusive learning setting while encouraging active participation in sports and physical activities.

Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Curriculum
Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons as per the school curriculum.
Teach various sports, games, fitness exercises, and physical activities.
Develop students’ motor skills, coordination, strength, and flexibility.
Assess and evaluate students’ physical progress and performance.
Student Development
Encourage teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Identify talented students and train them for inter-school competitions.
Promote healthy lifestyle habits and physical fitness awareness.
Event Management
Organize annual sports day and other physical activity events.




Coordinate intra-school and inter-school tournaments.
Maintain sports records and achievement data.
Safety & Discipline
Ensure safety standards during all activities.
Inspect and maintain sports equipment.
Follow school policies and child protection guidelines.
Administrative Duties
Maintain attendance and performance records.
Submit reports as required by management.
Support school functions and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed preferred).
Prior teaching experience (preferred).
Knowledge of various sports and fitness techniques.
Robust communication and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students.
Basic first-aid knowledge.

Outdoor and indoor sports activities.
Flexible hours during sports events and competitions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per
