Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Press Operator cum Press Shop Manager to handle press machine operations while efficiently managing day-to-day press shop activities. This role is vital to ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining quality standards, and meeting operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and maintain press machines to ensure optimal performance.
Supervise daily press shop operations and manage shop floor staff.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Coordinate with production, planning, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain records of production, maintenance, and quality checks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience in press machine operations and shop floor management.
Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control processes, and preventive maintenance.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
