Roles & Responsibility
Key Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant (EA) will manage the executive's calendar, prioritize appointments, and ensure an effective schedule that maximizes the time of the executive. This includes preparing for meetings by gathering materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
The EA will also handle all correspondence, both internal and external, and manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents for the executive.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
Develop and maintain organized filing systems and ensure the office runs smoothly.
Provide project management support as needed to ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is essential.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills are necessary.
Solid written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
