Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning
Develop architectural designs and layouts for multistorey residential projects.
Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.

Mivan Technology Application
Integrate Mivan shuttering systems into design and construction workflows.
Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure compatibility with Mivan technology.

Project Coordination
Work with cross-functional teams, including civil engineers, contractors, and project managers.
Review and approve construction drawings, material specifications, and site modifications.

Quality Assurance
Conduct site visits to monitor the implementation of architectural designs and Mivan systems.
Ensure high-quality finishes and compliance with safety standards.

Innovation & Optimization
Propose cutting-edge solutions for space optimization and cost-efficiency.




Stay updated on advancements in Mivan technology and sustainable construction practices.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Diploma in Polytechnic preferred.

Experience
2 - 4 years of experience in multistory residential housing projects.
Expertise in Mivan technology and aluminum formwork systems.

Skills
Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant software.
Robust project management and team collaboration skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction materials and industry best practices.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
