P.T. Enterprise, a growing solar power plant installation company, is hiring a Site Supervisor / Field Technician to handle on-site operations for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. The role involves site surveys, installation supervision, and coordination to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site surveys for solar power plant installations
Inspect sites and assess feasibility for solar setup
Supervise in office installation work (panels, inverter, structure, wiring)
Coordinate with installation teams and clients
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
Prepare and submit site reports and updates

Requirements:
Must own a bike and have a valid driving license




Willing to travel extensively for site visits
Basic technical knowledge in electrical/solar systems preferred
Ability to handle fieldwork and site coordination
Positive communication and problem-solving skills

Salary & Perks:
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹14,000 per month
Travel expenses: Reimbursed separately
ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field
Prior experience in solar installation or electrical fieldwork (optional but preferred)
