Key duties include personalized counselling, academic assessment, monitoring student progress, and sometimes driving enrolment for educational programs through sales-oriented advice.

Key Responsibilities
Student Advising: Provide academic guidance, including course selection, degree planning, and career pathing.
Academic Support: Help students develop better study habits, time management, and coping strategies for academic pressure
Assessment & Monitoring: Evaluate student academic performance and intervene with, or recommend, improvement plans.
Enrolment & Sales (Private Sector): Conduct demo sessions, handle objections, and convert prospects into enrolments.
Record Management:



Maintain accurate student records, update databases, and manage scheduling.
Collaboration: Work with faculty, staff, and parents to support holistic student success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree (often in Education, Psychology, or Management).
Communication: Robust interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Technology Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and student information systems.
Attributes: Empathy, organizational skills, and a proactive, student-focused mind-set
