Responsibilities
Track submissions, interviews, and placements using internal systems or ATS.

Requirements:
1+ year of experience in US IT recruiting, OPT recruiting, or bench sales.
Knowledge of OPT, CPT, and basic H1B visa processes.
Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, indeed, Monster, or other job portals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing workplace.

Preferred Skills
Experience marketing consultants to direct clients and implementation partners.
Experience recruiting for technologies such as QA, Java, Data Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud.
