Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
Create detailed and attractive Job Descriptions (JDs).
Post job openings on job portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Naukri.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Schedule and follow up on interviews.
Close positions within the given deadline and hiring budget.
Ensure quality hiring under pressure and tight timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.
Strong experience working on Indeed, LinkedIn, and Naukri platforms.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets within deadlines.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Positive understanding of sourcing strategies and screening techniques.
Immediate joiners preferred.
