Kitchen Helper
Steward / Dishwasher

Key Responsibilities

For Chefs:
Prepare and cook food as per menu standards
Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of dishes
Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage

For Kitchen Helpers:
Assist chefs in food preparation
Clean vegetables, utensils, and kitchen area
Support daily kitchen operations

For Stewards:




Wash dishes, kitchen equipment, and utensils
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
Proper waste disposal

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations
Ability to work in shifts
Team player with a positive attitude
Knowledge of food safety & hygiene is a plus
