College Coordinator - Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, local communities, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
Promote training programs through outreach activities, college engagement, and community mobilization.
Guide students on admissions, training, and placement-related activities.
Support student onboarding, attendance tracking, counselling, and training coordination.
Follow up on leads and achieve admission/enrolment targets.
Maintain MIS records, reports, and support daily centre operations.
Organize events, awareness drives, and student engagement activities.
Conduct alumni follow-ups and track placement retention and outcomes.
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets related to admissions and student participation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
