Position :Accounts Executive

Job Location : Vasna Chacharavadi Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:
Statutory Compliance:
Manage and file statutory returns, including GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.
Ensure all tax payments (Income Tax, VAT/CST where applicable) are made before deadlines.
Handle tax audits and coordinate with Chartered Accountants for statutory filings.
Data Management & Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Maintain accurate general ledgers and perform periodic account reconciliations.
Monitor production and consumption data to assist in cost accounting and inventory management.
Manufacturing Operations:
Verify supplier invoices specifically related to factory purchases.
Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including vendor and customer ledger reconciliations.
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring financial performance within the manufacturing unit.
