Senior Operations Manager - Restaurants

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and support multiple restaurant locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations

Train, mentor, and develop restaurant staff and managers

Ensure SOP implementation and compliance

Improve guest satisfaction and service standards

Monitor food quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency

Drive sales, profitability, and cost control

Conduct regular audits and performance reviews

Support recent outlet openings and team development

Requirements:
8+ years of restaurant operations experience
Robust leadership and team-training skills
Ability to manage multiple outlets
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Industry: Restaurant & Hospitality

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
