Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to expand the market presence of Inventaa’s White Button Mushrooms. The role involves generating current business, managing customer relationships, promoting the brand, and increasing sales across wholesale, retail, modern trade, HORECA, and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop sales for fresh white button mushrooms in retail, wholesale, and institutional markets.
Identify recent customers such as supermarkets, vegetable dealers, hotels, restaurants, caterers, and distributors.




Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Promote Inventaa’s product quality, freshness, hygiene, and reliable supply chain.
Conduct regular market visits to understand demand, competitor pricing, and trends.
Plan and execute marketing activities, promotions, sampling, and brand awareness campaigns.
Negotiate pricing, volumes, and delivery schedules with buyers.
Coordinate with production, packing, and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
Ensure payment collections and maintain healthy customer accounts.
Submit daily sales reports, market feedback, and performance updates.

Requirements:
Experience in fresh produce, agri products, FMCG, food sales, or distribution preferred.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Good network with vegetable markets, supermarkets, or HORECA buyers is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for field sales and customer visits.
