Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers, providing attentive and friendly service.
Take accurate orders and ensure special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly, following presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and inviting dining area.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
Process payments securely and efficiently.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff for smooth order delivery.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:
Previous experience is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.




Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Positive attitude and team player mentality.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
