We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive with exposure to the IT hardware / system integrator (SI) industry. The role involves handling end-to-end order processing—from responding to client requirements and sharing quotes, to vendor sourcing, invoicing, logistics coordination, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities Client Requirement Handling & Quotation
Prepare and share competitive quotations within a quick turnaround time.
Coordinate internally with sales/OEM teams for pricing, availability, and specifications.
Ensure accuracy in product configuration (RAM, SSD, model numbers, warranty, etc.).

Vendor Sourcing & Procurement
Float enquiries to multiple distributors/vendors (minimum 3) for the best pricing.
Compare quotes and finalize orders with the L1 vendor, ensuring:
Product authenticity
Timely availability
Reliable delivery timelines
Maintain solid relationships with distributors like Ingram, Redington, Savex, etc. (preferred).

Order Processing & Invoicing
Process confirmed orders and maintain proper documentation.




Generate invoices using Tally with complete accuracy.
Ensure alignment between quotation, PO, and invoice (model, quantity, pricing, GST).

Logistics & Delivery Coordination
Coordinate with the internal logistics/dispatch team for timely deliveries.
Track material movement and update clients proactively.
Handle delivery escalations and ensure smooth closure.

MIS & Client Reporting
Prepare and share MIS reports with clients (order status, deliveries, pending items).
Maintain internal trackers for orders, billing, and dispatch.
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Skills & Requirements
Robust understanding of IT hardware products (laptops, desktops, accessories).
Basic knowledge of OEMs like Lenovo, HP, Dell.
Experience working with IT distributors is a plus.
Proficiency in Tally (invoicing) and MS Excel (MIS, tracking).
