Are you an experienced Freight Broker with a strong track record in Drayage and Over-the-Road (OTR) logistics operations? Join our dynamic team and drive success in the US freight market.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Drayage and OTR freight operations, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effective resource use.
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and shippers to facilitate smooth operations and secure favorable rates.
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, maximizing revenue potential.
Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities and support business growth.
Work independently with a performance-driven mindset.

Requirements:




Proven experience as a Freight Broker in Drayage and OTR logistics.
An existing book of business that can transition with you to our organization.
Robust negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal).
In-depth understanding of US logistics regulations and freight industry standards.
Proficiency with freight brokerage software and related tools.
