Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Record Management
Enter and update jewellery product details, stock entries, invoices, and customer data in the system.
Maintain accurate records of gold, diamond, and jewellery inventory.
Verify data for accuracy and correct any errors before submission.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Documentation & Coordination
Maintain proper filing of invoices, challans, purchase orders, and stock records.
Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, and Production departments for data updates.
Handle barcode, tag, and product coding entries where required.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
System & Administrative Support
Operate MS Excel, ERP software, and other data management systems.
Assist in basic office and administrative work when required.
Support audit and stock verification activities.
Requirements:
Graduate / Post Graduate
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Knowledge of jewellery inventory or ERP software will be an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge of jewellery terminology and product coding.
Ability to work with large volumes of data.
