Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic, smart, and presentable individuals to manage and oversee daily bowling operations at a premium entertainment facility. The role requires excellent customer handling skills, operational efficiency, and the ability to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bowling alley operations smoothly
Assist customers with game setup, lane allocation, and scoring systems
Ensure all bowling equipment and lanes are properly maintained and functional
Handle customer queries, concerns, and provide prompt resolutions
Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for any operational issues
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards across the facility
Support in organizing events, group bookings, and promotional activities
Monitor usage of lanes and optimize customer flow





Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
Smart, presentable, and customer-friendly personality
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred)
Basic computer knowledge

Experience:
Prior experience in Bowling is mandatory
Prior experience in hospitality, entertainment, or customer service will be an advantage

Compensation:
