Role: Promote Ashwaq Promoters & Developers’ projects to potential clients and generate leads.
Targets: Work on a target-based system to achieve monthly sales and lead generation goals.
Incentives: Performance-based incentives will be provided on achieving or exceeding targets.
Allowance: Petrol allowance provided; own two-wheeler is mandatory for field work.
Client Engagement: Conduct site visits, explain project offerings, and build client relationships.
Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly reports of leads, site visits, and client interactions.
Team Support: Coordinate with Team Leaders and Promoters to achieve sales objectives.
Skills Required: Positive communication, interpersonal skills, persuasive ability, and enthusiasm to learn.
