Promotion: Eligible for promotion to Senior Marketing Executive after 3 years of successful service in the same field

QualificationsAgriculture Division:
Post Graduate in Agriculture Business Management / MBA (Agri)
M.Sc./B.Sc. in Agriculture / Horticulture / Science Graduate
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture from a premier college

Animal Health Division:
Above qualifications with veterinary certification
B.Sc. in Veterinary / Fisheries / Feed Division

Age Criteria
24 to 35 years

Experience
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience

OR
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same business/field

Mandatory Skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Internet savvy
Fluency in English (additional languages preferred)
Solid social media handling skills
Valuable negotiation skills
Willingness to travel across India

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective policies for smooth document and file management.
Ensure timely completion of departmental sales targets.
Maintain MIS reports and client records.
Participate in agricultural exhibitions and thematic events as directed by management.
Manage social media platforms, blogs, SEO activities, and product promotions.
Update and maintain all relevant data in company software and media systems.
Visit clients across India and plan visits as per business requirements.
Address customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
Attend meetings and deliver presentations when required.
Prepare and present quarterly reports.
Conduct current product research, development support, and marketing studies.
