Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven After-Sales Service & Customer Support Executive to manage end-to-end service operations, including SAP entries, repair coordination, dispatch management, customer support handling, store coordination, branding logistics, and spare parts management.

The role requires solid coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple service and dispatch workflows efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
After-Sales Service Operations
Process SAP return entries for customer service records.
Pull delivery orders for dispatching service pieces to stores.
Generate Waybills and Declarations for service dispatches.
Track dispatched after-sales service pieces with transporters and BDOs until explicit shipment.
Create SAP invoices for repair charges.
Maintain service data and follow up on payments with stores, BDOs, and direct customers.
Customer Support
Manage inbound/outbound customer calls and provide resolutions.




Follow up on pending and unresolved customer issues to ensure closure within TAT.
Maintain records of complaints and resolution status.
Store & Operations Coordination
Coordinate with Store Teams and BDOs regarding customer issues and repair status updates.
Share dispatch details of service pieces, display materials, and cases with BDOs.
Maintain store-wise dispatch data vs. received case data.
Arrange pick-ups from stores and customer home addresses for service, RTV/QDN pieces.
Maintain store-level availability records for cases and materials.
Branding & Marketing Logistics
Coordinate with vendors and marketing teams for branding material dispatch.
Ensure same-day dispatch of branding materials upon receipt from vendors and accurately record all necessary entries in SAP.
Maintain branding dispatch records and share shipment details with BDOs.
Product Service & Spare Parts Management
Coordinate with technician
