Position : Business Development Executive - Inside Sales

JOB DESCRIPTION
Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Procuring current clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission,



seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Demonstrate solid interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
Collaborating with the respective social media & Marketing Team to ensure that StudyMEDIC’s marketing materials reaching to its targeted students & to generate leads, circulate the course / products flyers via CRM, WhatsApp & other Social Medias managed by StudyMEDIC.
StudyMEDIC’s Sales & Post Sales Standard Operating Protocol (SOP) shall be adhered at all times.
