Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and needs.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative design solutions.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
Continuously improve user experience based on feedback and performance insights.
Maintain brand consistency and design standards across platforms.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (mandatory).




Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design software.
Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
Positive understanding of user research and usability testing methods.
Robust visual design skills with attention to detail.
Creative problem-solving ability.
Solid communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
