Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers daily to explain company products/services.
Identify customer needs, pitch the right solutions, and drive sales conversions.
Maintain a clean and updated database of prospects in the CRM/Excel sheets.
Follow up diligently with warm leads to close the sales cycle.
Meet or exceed daily calling targets and monthly sales KPIs.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and functional English.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in cold calling or telesales.
High energy, convincing power, and a target-driven mindset.
Easy daily commute access to Andheri East.
