Role & responsibilities The candidate shall be in charge of a team of healthcare advisors and shall train and monitor their performance The candidate shall have fluency in English, Tamil, and Kannada (Hindi also preferred)
The candidate shall be in charge of both inbound as well as outbound process and shall have individual targets and team target
Preferred candidate profile
1. Min 3 years experience in managing and leading a team of telecallers or customer care executives
2. Fluency in tamil, english, kannada and any other language
3. Experience in healthcare voice process
4. Located in Chennai within 15 km from Arumbakkam, Chennai or willing to relocate
