Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of Battery Management System (BMS) hardware for automotive/EV applications.
- Define hardware architecture and select appropriate electronic components.
- Design, develop, and validate analog and digital circuits.
- Develop high-voltage (HV) isolation and protection circuits for battery systems.
- Design and validate power supply circuits, including DC-DC converters and related modules.
- Ensure hardware compliance with EMI/EMC requirements and support testing activities.
- Perform schematic design, design reviews, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with software, system, mechanical, and testing teams for product development.
- Support prototype build, hardware bring-up,



and validation activities.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to automotive quality, safety, and reliability standards.

Job Requirements :

- 7-11 years Solid experience in BMS Hardware Development (Mandatory).
- Expertise in Hardware Architecture and Circuit Design.
- Knowledge of HV Isolation, Power Supply Design, and EMI/EMC.
- Experience in automotive or EV electronics development.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant hardware engineering experience.
