Role Description This is a full time, on-site Lead Generation role based in Visnagar.

The Lead

Generation specialist will identify and qualify new leads through research, online platforms, and direct outreach to prospective clients and candidates.

Responsibilities include conducting market research to understand client needs, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, and coordinating with the sales and recruitment teams to support business development efforts.



The role involves regular communication via phone, email, and messaging tools, scheduling meetings or calls for senior team members, and following up consistently to nurture interest and move prospects through the pipeline.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads through various channels.
- Strong Market Research skills to analyze industries, organizations, and potential opportunities.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging prospects, conducting outreach, and building relationships.
- Basic to intermediate Sales skills, including qualifying prospects and supporting conversions.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online platforms for tracking leads and activities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns.
- Motivation to work on-site in Visnagar and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in lead generation, recruitment support, or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is an advantage.
