Job Title: Business Development / Lead Generation Specialist (Domestic B2B)

What You’ll Do:

- Drive B2B client acquisition for accounting and FinOps services in the Indian market.
- Actively participate in trade meets, BNI, industry gatherings, and offline/online networking events to generate high-value leads.
- Initiate trust-based conversations with senior stakeholders, CFOs, and business owners.
- Nurture prospective leads through structured follow-ups using Zoho CRM.
- Lead initial consultative discussions and handle basic sales negotiations.

What We’re Looking For:

- Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field (Mandatory).
- Experience: 3–4 years of experience in outbound B2B lead generation or sales development in India.
- Networking Pro: Comfortable attending events, representing the brand externally, and opening doors independently.
- Tech-Savvy:



Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (preferably Zoho CRM) and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with strong skilled maturity.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
