About the Role

We are looking for a

Lead Java Full Stack Developer to work on enterprise-scale applications for a global client.

The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on development expertise with technical leadership, architecture participation, cloud experience, and team mentoring .

Responsibilities





Lead the design and development of scalable applications using

Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices . Design and integrate REST APIs and event-driven services. Develop and deploy applications on

AWS . Participate in architecture and technical design decisions. Lead code reviews and maintain engineering standards. Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues. Mentor developers and provide technical guidance. Collaborate with Architects, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and business stakeholders. Support Agile delivery, CI/CD, and continuous improvement.
