Position Summary :

Design and implement M365 services such as Intune, Policies, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform, authentication, access management, and single sign-on (SSO).

Responsibilities :

- Platform Architecture & Governance: Design, scale, and maintain enterprise-scale M365 ecosystems. Establish governance models for SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.
- Security & Identity Management: Manage Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Microsoft Purview (DLP, Information Protection).
- Tenant Management & Migration: Lead complex tenant-to-tenant migrations, on-premises to cloud, or hybrid Exchange and Teams deployments.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop complex PowerShell scripts and Graph API solutions for reporting and system automation.
- Escalation & Leadership: Serve as Tier-3 escalation support, resolve complex platform outages, and mentor junior administrators.
- Emerging Tech: Drive the adoption, licensing,



and management of Microsoft Copilot and AI agents within the tenant.

Requirements :

- 8-12 years of relevant experience
- M365 Workloads: Deep, hands-on expertise in Exchange Online (Hybrid mail flow), SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams Phone/Calling Plans.
- Security & Compliance: Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, eDiscovery, and Data Lifecycle Management.
- Identity & Access: Microsoft Entra ID, Identity Protection, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Intune (MDM/MAM).
- Scripting Languages: PowerShell (advanced), Microsoft Graph, and Power Automate

Must-have Skills:

- Security solutions such as CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, and Zscaler
