Position Summary

Wireframe Consulting is looking for a Project Coordinator to lead client coordination and support project execution during Canada MST hours. This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in project coordination, engineering support, or client communication who can effectively manage client interactions, coordinate with internal teams, and keep projects organized from kickoff through submission and release.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and coordination
Manage project flow, priorities, timelines, and follow-ups across teams
Coordinate with fabricators, checkers, detailers, and internal support teams to ensure project requirements are understood and executed
Review client inputs, comments,



and revisions, and communicate action items clearly to the team
Track deliverables, schedules, and submission milestones
Help resolve project issues, clarifications, and coordination challenges in a timely manner
Maintain clear records of client discussions, project updates, and pending items
Support quality and release processes by ensuring deliverables are aligned with client expectations
Attend client meetings and provide project status updates during MST business hours

Qualifications
Degree or background in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related field
Experience in project coordination, client communication, or engineering support roles
Robust understanding of project workflows, drawing review cycles, and client-driven deliverables
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to manage mu
