Store Executive / Store Keeper

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily records of incoming and outgoing construction materials
Manage inventory of cement, steel, aggregates, tools, machinery parts, safety items, etc.
Verify material receipts against purchase orders and delivery challans
Issue materials to site teams as per requirement and maintain records
Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages
Maintain proper storage and safety of materials in the store
Conduct regular physical stock verification and audits
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports
Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and vendors
Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the store area
Handle documentation related to GRN, invoices, stock registers, and gate passes

Required Skills & Qualifications




Graduate or Diploma holder (preferred)
Knowledge of inventory/store management
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP/software preferred)
Understanding of construction materials and equipment
Positive organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to work at construction sites

Preferred Experience
2+ years of experience in construction store management
Experience in building, highway, or infrastructure projects preferred

Working Conditions
Site-based work workplace
May require extended working hours depending on project needs

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
