About the Role

We’re looking for a Content & Growth Marketing Intern to support our content and social media efforts.

This role is execution-focused — you’ll help us create, repurpose, and distribute content across channels using AI tools.

You will NOT be expected to own full strategy from day one — but you should be eager to learn and improve quick.

What You’ll Do
Write and assist in creating:
Blog posts
Social media content (LinkedIn, etc.)
Repurpose content into multiple formats (posts, carousels, etc.)
Assist with basic SEO tasks (keywords, on-page edits)
Create simple visuals using Canva or similar tools
Schedule and publish content on social platforms
Track basic metrics (views, engagement)

What You’ll Learn
How content drives traffic and growth
Basics of SEO and content marketing
Social media distribution strategies
Using AI tools effectively for marketing




How startups build early growth engines

Requirements:
Positive writing skills (clear, easy, structured)
Basic understanding of social media platforms
Willingness to learn SEO and content marketing
Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Canva (or willingness to learn)
Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

Preferred Background
BBA (Marketing specialization)
BA in Marketing / Mass Communication
MBA in Marketing

Note: Skills and execution matter more than degrees.

What This Role Does NOT Require

You are NOT expected to:
Build full content strategy independently
Be an SEO expert
Master every social media platform
Deliver elite-level output from day one
