Role Description
This is a full time in office (office) role for a Junior Architect located in Mumbai. In this
role, you will be responsible for creating designs, models, and technical drawings using
computer software, as well as collaborating with clients to identify their needs and
developing solutions that align with their requirements. You will also be responsible for
overseeing construction projects.
Preparation of designs & drawings as per clients requirements,
preparation of working drawings and municipal drawings and online /offline submission to the authorities and its follow up and obtain approvals from the designated authorities.
Preparation of study models in sketchup and presentation in photoshop/corel draw.
Preparation of reports and communication skills with the government offices/ officers for co-ordination of the project approvals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or experience of working in Architect’s office
and complete knowledge of preparation of drawings & orthographic projections.
Solid proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other
relevant software tools
Demonstrated ability to create high-quality technical drawings and designs
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment
A passion for architecture, design, and sustainability
Experience with construction project management preferred
