We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage Sales and Support our existing retailers, dealers, and distributors. The role involves regular communication, assisting with recent order placements, and coordinating daily with the sales team for smooth order allocation and processing.

Key Responsibilities:
Speak with existing retailers/dealers/distributors to assist with queries and new orders
Generate repeat orders and maintain solid business relationships
Coordinate daily with the sales team for order allocation and updates
Maintain proper records of calls, orders, and follow-ups
Ensure timely resolution of partner concerns

Eligibility Criteria:
Must be 10+2 or Above
Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales/ Insurance/BPO
Prior experience in outbound or field channel sales will be highly appreciated
Positive communication(ENGLISH & HINDI) and coordination skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
