What you will do

Your challenge, if you wish to accept it, will be to create innovative and sound instructional materials, about Johnson Controls products and solutions, to help sellers understand and position that value of our building systems portfolio to our customers. You will do this by working collaboratively with colleagues and business leaders, immersing yourself in the fascinating business, bringing creativity and hard work to every project you do, and being open to learning recent skills and technologies every single day.

How you will do it
Design intuitive and creative learning or performance support tools and sales programs
Develop training with an emphasis on innovative learning and performance support that could be used globally
Use strong project management skills in developing outcomes that positively impact the business
Work very closely with team members who will develop your designs
Partner and collaborate with Commercial (Sales) focused learning experience designers (peers) located across the globe
Driven curation strategies that pull content from multiple sources across our learning ecosystem
Act as an internal consultant to combine multiple perspectives i
