Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor site safety plans and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments at construction sites.
Ensure compliance with local safety laws, regulations, and company safety standards.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety training sessions, and emergency drills for workers and staff.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and prepare detailed reports.
Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by workers.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site engineers to maintain protected work practices.
Maintain safety records, permits, checklists, and documentation.
Ensure protected handling of equipment, machinery, scaffolding, electrical systems, and lifting operations.
Promote a solid safety culture across the project team.

Pay: ₹12,266.63 - ₹52,335.56 per month
