Key Responsibilities:
Set up VMC machines by installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and materials.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and job orders to determine machine settings and cutting paths.
Select and install proper tools, jigs, and fixtures as per machining requirements.
Perform machine offsets, tool wear compensation, and tool changes accurately.
Operate VMC machines to perform precision machining of metal parts.
Conduct first-piece inspection and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy.
Continuously monitor the machining process for quality, efficiency, and safety.
Maintain dimensional accuracy using precision measuring instruments (e.g., vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, etc.).
Perform troubleshooting and minor maintenance of machines.




Ensure adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.:
Collaborate with programmers and quality inspectors to optimize productivity.
Maintain production records and daily activity logs.

Preferred:
Experience in investment casting or precision machining industries.
