Verify the eligibility of patients based on the scheme’s criteria.
Ensure that all necessary documents and IDs are collected and validated.
Prepare and submit insurance claims for patients availing services under Ayushman Bharat/CGHS/ESIC and other scheme.
Follow up on claims to ensure timely approval and reimbursement.
Accurately code and bill for medical services provided to patients covered under the Ayushman Bharat/CGHS/ESIC and other scheme scheme.
Maintain detailed records of patient information, treatment provided, and claims processed.
Ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate for auditing and compliance purposes.
Communicate with medical staff to gather necessary information for claims and billing.
